VIBES is a monthly art walk featuring local artists. Each month, this free community event highlights a variety of creative talent hosted in participating businesses. All artists are partnered with businesses to provide fifteen blocks of art experiences. NEW for the 2022 Season, The VIBES Visa Challenge will happen every month. Attendees can pick up a VIBES Visa Task Card from participating downtown businesses and complete any number of tasks that they choose. Each completed task equals an entry into the drawing. A new winner will be selected each month. Numerous barbecue teams will be out in full force competing for top prizes and providing fantastic food to festival-goers. Get a tasting kit and enjoy traditional barbecue favorites like brisket, pork, chicken and beans, and then vote for your favorites. Another major part of Charlie Adams Day will be the Cruisin' for Charlie Poker Run and car show. All vehicles are welcome to participate in this fun event with the chance of winning cash prizes. Charlie Adams Day will also feature booths filled with arts and crafts, as well as multiple vendors and games for children. Visitors to this small -town festival will also enjoy music, storytelling and reenactors brought to you by grants from the Oklahoma Arts Council and the Oklahoma Humanities Council.
