A few weeks ago, my very serious boyfriend and I broke up. However, we have been in touch several times because his mom has terminal cancer. I’m very burdened for her salvation and for them to see God’s goodness. In the meantime, I’m fighting very dark and scary thoughts, because the pain is so heavy.

On my way to the library this morning i remembered in a couple of days will be my birthday so i said no big deal no one knows but then i said hey it is better than nothing it will still bring a smile to my face that day! Then the thought occurred to me how many people celebrate the LORDS birthday on Christmas maybe billions and then I said what a great way to stay humble and never think my salvation has anything to do about me but everything to do about the LORD!5 people versus 5 billion and what about my spiritual birthday in a few days no one knows both days but the LORD knows our natural birthday and our spiritual birthday and he celebrates both with us how blessed we are, GOD richly bless you, brother Danny 7/22/21 homeless at 74 asking prayer for strength

I am asking for prayer for my daughter. She has an ear infection and possible RSV (cold). She is two. She already has some other issues and this is just making it worse. I have not been able to sleep the last three nights because of her. My wife is in the middle of starting up a business and that in itself is stressful. So having a sick kid is definitely not helping. We know God is at work and the devil is trying to cause problems. We know our creator will persevere, BUT in the mean time, pray that our daughter gets better very quickly and the take-off of the business goes smoothly.

I am asking for prayers for my situation with my job. I have been with my company for over 20 years and have been working from home since March 2020. My job has been telling us for about 9 months that the plan is for us to go back to the office the first week of September (6 weeks from now). Yesterday the CEO announced that we must get the vaccine before September. I don’t feel the need to be vaccinated. (Not a political issue). My family and I have already had covid. I do not want to be vaccinated at this time and many at my job feel the same. I’m asking that the Lord would help me find a job where I can use my skills and talents and yet be free to make my own health choices or that my job would change their policy. I am in my 50’s and don’t want to have to look for a new job after 20 years but I will if I need to. Pray that the Lord would work wonders and guide me to the place he wants me.
