Teen Volunteer Program
June 02, 2025 - July 26, 2025
Are you a teenager who nerds out about nature or history? Are you looking for a cool place to spend your summer? Are you hoping to gain practical experience in a museum setting? If so, then the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History has the perfect opportunity for you!
During this free seven-week Teen Volunteer Program, museum enthusiasts ages 13 to 17 will traverse Oklahoma’s natural and cultural history through exclusive behind-the-scenes tours and conversations with scientists. Through volunteer opportunities, participants will learn from hands-on experience in a museum setting. At the end of the program participants will showcase what they learned in a fair for their friends and family.

Start the Party VBS!
July 16, 2025 - July 18, 2025
Dates: July 16-18, 2024
Times: 6-8:30 p.m. Walk-up registration begins at 5:45 p.m. each night.
Contact: Meagan Durham, Children's Director
We don't think it's just okay to have fun, we think it should be a priority. Why? Because people who follow Jesus have a lot to celebrate. Jesus gives us some amazing reasons to party. Friendship, belonging, forgiveness, life, purpose. That's why we believe the Gospel of Jesus is the ultimate good news.
Each night we will gather for Bible stories, crafts, games, snacks, and science experiments. Parents can drop children off in the Gathering Space of the Building B, and then adult volunteers will lead children to different rotations stations. Pick-up will take place in the Sanctuary.
Acts 2 Vacation Bible School is open to children entering Pre-K through 5th grade. All children must be at least 4 years old and potty trained. If you have any questions, please contact our Children's Director, Meagan Durham. We can't wait to see you!
