Hero Hotline - Called together to Serve
June 12, 2023 - June 16, 2023
VBS will be held Monday-Friday from 9am-Noon at First Lutheran Church in Ponca City.
Hero Hotline VBS invites children of all ages to answer the call to serve God together. Join the Professor and Super Meer as young Heroes learn to strive for the things that bring peace and the things that build each other up as we are taught in Romans 14:19.
Through stories in both the Old and New Testaments, this VBS opens kids' eyes to the countless ways God provides for Bible Heroes through teams of supporting Bible Heroes who help make the mission possible through following Jesus, Helping Others, Working Together, Listening to God, and Showing Grace.
Session 1: Jesus Builds the Team (John 1:35-51)
Session 2: Shiphrah, Puah, and Miriam: God's Wonder Women (Exodus 1:8 - 2:10)
Session 3: Jethro Mentors Moses (Exodus 18)
Session 4: The Magnificent Magi (Matthew 2:1-12)
Session 5: Unexpected Heroes Give Paul a Basket Ride (Acts 9:1-25)
