Coping with COVID-19

We are living in tough times. With the spread of COVID-19 being a major concern across the country and world, many people have been left self-quarantined, limited to stay indoors and asked to avoid contact with other individuals. In response to this, we’ve put together some resources for you during these tough times!

Several Christian artists are offering online concerts for your viewing to help encourage and entertain you during this time!

Every Morning In March

Matthew West Quarantine Quiet Time on Facebook and Instagram Live, 11:30 a.m.

Check out what other Christian artists are doing here if you need encouraging devotionals or acoustic music sessions!

Several churches have had to cancel services due to the virus, but that doesn’t mean you can’t worship! Below are a few ways you can stay connected on Sundays!
  1. Tune into The House FM and The House of Worship on Sunday mornings and worship with us!
  2. Not planning on going to church today? Or are you in a place where you can’t leave your home to attend service? Tune into The House of Praise and hear a message from Emmanuel Baptist Church of Enid beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings!
  3. Several churches are combating the virus by live streaming services (check your home church to see if your services are being stream), and Life.Church is providing online services and streams.

Many schools are closed temporarily (or even closed for the rest of the school year in some cases) and thus students are at home. The National Center for Families Learning have put together some free resources that can help students still learn while they are out of school.

With some resources becoming limited and children out of school that normally would be receiving a meal at school, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is ramping up efforts to combat the issue. Find out how you can help or receive aid from them.
