If you'd like to set up your monthly contributions using auto draft (checking, savings or credit card), please print and fill out the following form and mail it to The House FM / Praise 88.7 (include a voided check if using Electronic Funds Transfer). It can also be used to make a one-time contribution by bank account or credit card. At this time we are not able to draft from bank accounts outside the United States.
