please pray for my best friend. she cannot study locally, but God opened doors for her to be accepted overseas. however, she cannot find any willing guarantors who are able to cover her student loan.
this is really important to her and because of this problem, she is starting to seriously doubt God. she says she no longer believes in Him if he lets her go through all this 'crap' --- she came from a broken family, with more than her fair share of problems.
i really pray that God will lead her to the door of His will and that she will learn to trust in His providence again. please pray that she doesnt give up, because she is very prone to thinking crazy things when she is upset. thank you and God bless.

what have i done to make done to make God mad?

last month everything finally seemed to be going right. and now it feels like my world is falling a part.
last month my husband had finally gotten a job after being without one for over a year. without out going into a lot of detail, they have all put laid him off. he can't get get anymore unemployment.
i feel like somehow i have made god mad at us. and this time i feel i can't pull out of this.
i pray & talk to god a lot, but at times i feel like he doesn't hear me.
what else can i do?

I feel defeated; in my personal life, in my professional life, and in my marriage.
My marriage needs desperate healing--yesterday, today, and forever!
My family is broken--please restore it.
I'm thankful to have a job, but I want a career.
I want to stand tall every day, and look at every morning the way the Bible says I should.
I feel defeated; Jesus, help me to find victory, to find purpose, to be a leader in my marriage, and to find my strength in you.

family and marriage

I feel almost selfish asking for prayer, knowing all the families that lost loved ones and their homes in Moore. I did pray that God would bring all families back together there and for those hurting relationships that somehow through this people would see what matters most.... at the same time i am hurting over my family being broken and devestated by division. God has told me to hold on that he can and will restore my husband home to us. We haven't seen him in 3 months and though we feel encouraged and hopeful most of the time because we know God does not take back what he says at the same time it gets hard to not be worn and want to break down. Im praying for God to.find my husband under the rubble of a hard life and rescue him and bring him home to his family here that loves him.

I have a friend who's son is going through a rough time right now, apparently he has reached his limit and is threatening suicide, he needs to know he is loved, to know this is not the answer.

This isn't so much a request as it is a call for all believers to come together. Everyone here in Stillwater is praying for the tornado victims not only in Moore, but in Shawnee and everywhere else in the state.

I want to send my deepest condolences to the many family affected by this tragic tornado. My heart is breaking watching the aftermath on TV, especially knowing that little kids lives were taken, my heart breaks for the parents.
May all the families affected,including all families who have lost a loved one feel God's precious arms around them all.
